XCOVID 19 Update

We are all part of a new normal, but as health practitioners, we have always practiced safety and infection control protocols. As a healthcare practice, we also have a new normal and we are doing everything we can on our end to keep you, your child and our team informed, up to date and above all, safe. Your health and safety come first. You and your child are our top priority!

How will my Appointment be different?

Due to new CDC guidelines, we have implemented new protocols and we have reduced the number of patients we can see each day. This is for your safety as well as ours.

We will have you sign in for your appointment by calling 615-595-1559 and we will have you wait in the car until we are ready for your appointment.

We will be asking you to keep us safe as well, by answering a few screening questions before and when you arrive, and taking each child’s temperature before entering the building.

When it is your child’s turn, one of our team members will come out to your car and escort your child into the building for their appointment.

We are asking at this time for parents to wait in the vehicle if at all possible. It helps us maintain social distancing and allows us to take care of our other patients, as well as helps us reduce any potential exposure produced by dental aerosols. We appreciate your patience so much with this step. *If you feel at all uncomfortable with this request, ONE parent will be allowed in the building with a mask or face covering. Thank you! Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns.

What are we doing to keep things Safe when you arrive?

We have always practiced infection control standards, and we are doing so many more things since COVID-19 to ensure you (and our team) are safe and healthy. To ease your mind, here are just a few things we are doing to protect you.

Wellness Health Screening of each patient, team member and doctors.
